Next week, on the 11th of May<\/b>, the Federal Government will be handing down its 2021-22 Budget after what has been one of the most expensive policy years in Australian history.<\/p>\n
For us migrants, the Federal Budget is of extreme importance. It defines the Migration Program Planning Levels for the next financial year (July 21 to June 22).<\/p>\n
Therefore, questions like “how many permanent migrants will Australia welcome in the year?” or “what is the allocation for each visa category?” will be answered. On the planning level, each State and Territory will plan their own state nomination programs according to the quota received.<\/p>\n
So buy some popcorn and don’t miss the Federal Budget next week! Just joking, as it is extremely boring and you don’t want to waste time… meanwhile, you should study some more English instead!<\/p>\n
